What we send to the waitlist
This page covers the waitlist only — the email address you give us on the signup form, and the emails we send to it.
What we send
Occasional product updates — what's new in Harnd and what we chose — plus an announcement when Harnd becomes available. We send nothing else to this address, and we don't send it to anyone else.
What we store
Your email address, your answers to the three questions on the form (role, team size, agents you use), the language you signed up in, any utm_ parameters in the URL you arrived from, the version of the consent text you agreed to, and the time you agreed to it.
Who processes it
The record is stored in our database, hosted by Supabase in the United States. The site is served by Cloudflare, which also receives mail sent to our contact address and forwards it on. Emails are sent through Resend. Vercel still serves an older deployment until we retire it. All of them act on our instructions.
How to stop it
Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. You can also email us and we'll remove you and delete the record.
